Laurel E. Stoncius

Associate

Laurel Stoncius is an associate in the firm’s Employment Litigation Group, where she represents employers in a variety of matters. More specifically, Laurel provides advice and counseling to clients regarding risk management and compliance with myriad employment-related state and federal laws, including federal and state OSHA regulations. Laurel also assists in defending clients in employment claims, including wage and hour disputes as well as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and constructive discharge. 

Additionally, Laurel leverages her experience in immigration law to help clients with any immigration-related needs, including I-9 compliance and both employment-based and humanitarian immigration petitions. 

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Laurel offers legal review of clients’ Spanish-language policies, contracts, and workplace procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and mitigate any potential risk associated with translation of complex legal language.
