Hans is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate practice group. He has experience representing a wide range of clients in complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the country, including the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial properties, leasing and financing transactions, and matters involving zoning and land use.
As part of his real estate practice, Hans represents national syndicators and upper-tier investors in matters involving the low-income housing tax credit program and historical rehabilitation tax credit program. He also has experience in the negotiation and preparation of complex real estate and financing documents, including as relates to health care facilities, portfolio transactions, wind energy projects and military housing and lodging privatization.
