Hayley serves clients in a variety of real estate matters. Her transactional practice primarily consists of representing clients in connection with financial transactions, secured lending, sales and acquisitions, and related commercial real estate matters for a variety of businesses, including franchised restaurants, national and regional restaurant brands, convenience and gas, and retail fitness. Hayley assists in all aspects of these transactions and helps facilitate such transactions through contacts with franchisors, landlords, vendors, borrowers, and lenders. She is also experienced representing clients in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, corporate law, and secured transactions.
