Kutak Rock is pleased to welcome Steven R. Hogan to its Omaha office as of counsel in the firm’s Commercial Trial Practice group. With extensive experience in corporate defense, commercial litigation, trucking defense, personal injury, products liability, and insurance defense, Steven will provide invaluable expertise to the firm and its clients.

Steven brings over eight years of legal experience, focusing on civil litigation, creditor’s rights, and commercial disputes across Nebraska, Iowa, and federal courts. Most recently, he was a partner at a local firm in Omaha, where he advised and counseled clients through all stages of complex litigation, including appellate briefing and oral argument. His practice also includes bankruptcy claims, successfully representing both debtors and creditors in federal bankruptcy courts nationwide.

Steven earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where he was a member of the Creighton Law Review and Trial Team. He also holds a Master of Science in Government, Organization, and Leadership from Creighton University. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Iowa, as well as multiple federal courts.
