Kutak Rock represented Pitney Bowes Inc., a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics and financial services, in its acquisition of the mail presort assets of Royal Alliances, Inc., a private equity-backed company based in Irving, Texas. The acquisition is expected to add more than 100 million first class mail pieces annually to the Pitney Bowes Presort Services network. The transaction was effective on January 20, 2025.

Pitney Bowes Presort Services manages more than 30 operating centers across the United States and processes more than 15 billion pieces of mail each year.  It is the largest workshare partner of the United States Postal Service helping mailers of all sizes capture measurable postage savings while simplifying the complexity of sending mail and parcels.
