Heidi's practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of office buildings, industrial, retail and mixed use, with a particular focus on medical office building leasing work.

Heidi is a trusted advisor to multibillion-dollar REITs in all phases of their commercial real estate projects. She also has experience handling the real estate components of renewable energy projects, in connection with Kutak Rock’s representation of clients in a range of renewable energy industries, including project development and financing of solar energy facilities and wind facilities. Heidi also has extensive experience handling the real estate components of charter school bond financing projects, in connection with Kutak Rock’s K-12 Charter education finance practice area.
