Taylor serves clients in a variety of business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on banking. Her practice is focused on the representation of financial institutions in lending transactions, including providing credit enhancement and liquidity support for taxable and tax-exempt securities and the direct purchase of such securities.

She also routinely serves as counsel to foreign and domestic financial institutions and insurance companies as providers of structured investments, such as guaranteed investment contracts, repurchase agreements, forward delivery agreements, and derivative products with respect to the proceeds of taxable and tax-exempt bonds.
