Rilee’s practice is exclusively focused on public finance, specifically charter school financing. In this capacity she primarily acts as bond counsel, disclosure counsel or borrower’s counsel in transactions throughout the United States. 

Prior to joining the firm, Rilee served as a term law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Arizona Supreme Court.
