Elizabeth is a skilled commercial litigator with significant experience in real estate and eminent domain matters.  She guides clients through all stages of litigation including pre-litigation disputes, discovery, trial, and appeals. 

A central focus of Elizabeth’s practice is eminent domain litigation, where she applies a practical and business-minded solution in representing both landowners and condemning authorities through complex condemnation issues.  Her recent experience includes successfully obtaining a multi-million-dollar award on behalf of a landowner following trial where the property at issue contained dry-cleaner contamination.  She is proud to work alongside Ken Skogg and Dana Baggs, leading Colorado eminent domain attorneys, who have more than 45 years of combined experience.

Elizabeth's practice also includes complex real estate litigation, involving title insurance, breach of contract, landlord/tenant lease issues, and business torts.  In these areas, she is dedicated to understanding her clients’ goals and developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve those goals.
