David focuses his practice in corporate and real estate litigation, with an emphasis on eminent domain, title insurance, breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, and business torts. He supports clients by analyzing complex legal issues and drafting dispositive pleadings. 

While in law school, David interned at the Colorado Supreme Court and Kutak Rock and served as Managing Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. These roles provided him with significant research and writing experience that he now applies in practice.
