The attorneys in our Wichita office focus primarily on litigation matters, particularly in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, class action, and energy and environmental law. They represent clients throughout the country including public utilities, oil and gas pipeline companies, officers and directors, and employers of all sizes. In employment matters, they often counsel and represent clients on wage and hour class and collective actions, commercial disputes, trademark infringement, defense of claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and they guide employers in drafting, negotiating and litigating employment contracts, covenants not to compete, trade secret agreements, arbitration agreements, and severance agreements.
