Kutak Rock LLP is pleased to announce that its Minneapolis office will relocate to the 41st floor of Wells Fargo Center at 90 S. 7th Street, effective April 2027. 

Located directly across the street from the firm’s current office, the new 18,764-square-foot space, leased in partnership with Cushman Wakefield for an 11-year term, will provide a modern, flexible workspace to support the office’s continued growth. Since its establishment with three attorneys in 2011, the Minneapolis office has grown to more than 30 attorneys and 12 staff members, with ongoing investment in key practice areas, including real estate, public finance, corporate, employment, energy and healthcare law.
