Kutak Rock served as bond and disclosure counsel in connection with the issuance of the Board of Trustees for Fort Lewis College Enterprise Revenue Bonds, Series 2025A. The Series 2025A Bonds financed the acquisition of the 1304 Apartments building located at 1304 Florida Road in Durango, Colorado. The residential rental housing facility has 20 apartments with 68 units available for rent. The majority of the apartments are in a four-bedroom, four-bathroom layout with two one-bedroom units and two studio apartments.
