Isaiah Wilson to Speak on Regulatory Landscape at 2025 Winter Seminar

News | February 18, 2025

Kutak Rock partner Isaiah Wilson will share insights on the evolving regulatory landscape during the 2025 Winter Seminar, hosted by the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA). His panel, "Is Someone Looking at This? The Regulatory Landscape in 2025 and Beyond," is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 19, from 10:40-11:30 a.m. in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With the Private Fund Adviser Rules vacated, institutional investors still face a range of regulatory developments that demand attention. Isaiah and his fellow panelists will examine new Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and federal filing requirements that took effect in 2024, including the SEC Climate Disclosure Rules, Proxy Disclosure Rules, and the Corporate Transparency Act. The panel will also explore the implications of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Chevron deference, assessing its potential impact on regulatory enforcement.
