Kutak Rock is pleased to welcome Blake Lewis  to its Little Rock office as a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions group. With a distinguished background in commercial real estate and business transactions, Blake will provide invaluable experience and expertise to clients throughout all the firm’s Arkansas offices.

Blake brings nearly a decade of experience in corporate law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as Director of Real Estate and Corporate Counsel for Montrose Environmental Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, business transactions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Montrose, Blake was an attorney at a firm in Little Rock, where he spent more than five years handling tax matters, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Blake earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and later obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. He also holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas.
