Kutak Rock served as bond counsel in connection with the up to $20 million of Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority Tax-Exempt Loan (JFed Financing Solutions – Lehrman Community Day School, Inc.) Series 2024. Proceeds of the Loan will finance various capital improvements to the Lehrman Community Day School campus located in Miami Beach, Florida.
