Kutak Rock attorney Marc Lieberman, a partner in the Scottsdale office, presented on a Knowledge Group webinar, “Alternative Mutual Funds: Compliance and Risk Management in 2015 Explored,” on March 18, 2015.

Lieberman shared his expertise on alternative mutual funds, which have become increasingly popular since the 2008 financial recession, but which also involve unique risks. The panel brought diverse perspectives together to deliver a comprehensive analysis of this topic. In addition, speakers discussed upcoming investigations of alternative mutual funds by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
