BTI Names Kenny a 2010 Client Service All-Star

Thomas J. Kenny, a partner in Kutak Rock LLP's Omaha office, has been recognized as a Client Service All-Star for 2010 by BTI Consulting Group. Mr. Kenny was recommended as an All-Star by corporate counsel of one of his clients, a Fortune 1000 Telecommunications provider.

Only 165 attorneys across the nation reach BTI Client Service All-Star status, and they do so only through "unprompted, unequivocal recommendation by corporate counsel," according to BTI guidelines. "BTI Client Service All-Stars [have the] ability to take a position, proffer creative solutions and outline prospective scenarios for moving ahead." The defining criteria to become a BTI Client Service All-Star include (1) client focus, (2) exceptional understanding of clients' business, (3) delivering efficient, value-added service, (4) legal skills and (5) outstanding results.

Mr. Kenny represents corporate and individual clients in litigation against private and governmental parties and focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, as well as government disputes. He also regularly represents clients in internal and governmental investigations, and advises clients on risk management strategies and regulatory compliance.
